Ninety Plus Capital LLC is a Houston, TX based investment management firm founded in 2021.

Subsequent to a rigorous 3-year research period in which we explored, isolated, and quantified the common characteristics of the greatest performing stocks of all-time, we launched our flagship strategy, Ninety Plus Capital Growth, on July 31st, 2024. Our long-term investment objective is simple; that is, for the growth rate of our investors' capital to exceed that of the broad U.S. stock market, and for this growth to be achieved without taking undue excess risk.

The foundation of our investment philosophy is built upon our conviction that a disciplined and value-added approach to both portfolio structure and stock selection is paramount to achieving superior returns. Historical data indicates that the long, well-publicized, history of under-performance by active equity managers is primarily due to shortfalls in these two areas. Our investment approach has been developed to capitalize upon them.

The dominant driver of our portfolio return is our proprietary Ninety Plus Stock Ratings that resulted from our multi-year research, which aim to identify stocks of companies that have an investment profile similar to those of historically powerful winners. More specifically, we find that the majority of the greatest performing stocks of all-time ranked in the 90th percentile of our in-house ratings before their large scale advance, hence our name Ninety Plus Capital.

Ninety Plus Capital was founded by Robert Lartigue after spending 10 years in the investment management business. Prior to founding Ninety Plus, Robert was Data Scientist on the Coleman Artificial Intelligence (AI) team at Vulcan Value Partners, acting as the engineering lead in factor research and backtesting for a multi-billion dollar equity portfolio. Prior to Vulcan, Robert was an Equity Analyst at Avalon Advisors LLC, a Houston-based investment advisor. Robert holds both B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Mathematics, from Southern Methodist University.
