Robert Lartigue is a native Houstonian and the founder and CIO of Ninety Plus Capital LLC. 

Prior to launching Ninety Plus, Robert served as a Data Scientist on the Coleman Artificial Intelligence (AI) team at Vulcan Value Partners. A small, agile, AI focused group of data scientist tasked with supporting the equity research effort for a long only multi-billion dollar value investment portfolio. On the team he acted as the engineering lead in factor research and backtesting helping the Coleman AI team incubate the first ever algorithmic value investing portfolio in the firms history.

Prior to Vulcan, Robert was a member of the investment management team at Avalon Advisors LLC, serving as an equity research analyst for the firm’s large-cap, smid-cap, growth and international portfolios. During his time with the firm he also published extensive in-house research detailing the most predictive factors in future stock performance, built market timing systems, and incubated and managed an in-house micro-cap growth stock portfolio. 

Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
